What's the greatest source of satisfaction in your job?

Accepting the challenge and making the impossible happen. It sounds simple, but this business has never been kind to the timid. I take a hard, aggressive stance and fight it out. “We can do it,” I say. Doesn't really matter what “it” is. I just know we can do it.

What do you wish you could do that you can't?

Own a professional sports team. Who wouldn’t? I love competition and the challenge. I am still a kid at heart. Ask my partner Ed Brennan. I am all about building a winning TEAM.
